Chateau Partners charges its clients on an hourly basis and never enters into long-term contracts or charges mandatory success fees - avoiding the conflicts of interest that are inherent in the investment banking industry. Our clients do pay transaction fees that are 100% discretionary fully aligning us with the goals of our clients.

Our model is flexible, we can either work in the background advising management team and Board, engage as outside consultants with third-parties, or become part of your team as a contractor.
